I am glad you have found your way here. In these challenging times I want to offer these precious and practical meditations to benefit your mental, emotional, and spiritual health. This Learning Circle offers daily glimpses for immediate relief of anxiety and in-depth programs to learn psychological tools and an advanced, yet simple, form of mindfulness that will help you live a life of love, creativity, and connection.
When I first encountered Effortless Mindfulness in Nepal as an immediate way of shifting into this embodied awake consciousness I could not believe how easy and amazing it was. I asked myself, “What else could possibly be more important than to make this a top priority in my life.” And so I did! And what followed was a heart’s desire to discover how to share this subtle form of mindfulness with others.
Effortless mindfulness uses a direct path approach combined with psychological healing tools like IFS (Internal Family Systems), which can both treat trauma at its root and help embody and stabilize awakening.
Many of my students have utilized the current crisis as an opportunity to do these daily glimpses, and they report a shift into embodied loving awake consciousness that has a capacity to be with whatever arises.
