How to Access and Live from Self
5 Day Workshop with Richard Schwartz & Loch Kelly
January 28-February 2, 2018
Esalen Institute, 55000 Highway 1, Big Sur, CA 93920
"In my many years of knowing and working with Loch Kelly I feel that he is one of the clearest expressions of authentic awakened freedom and love that I know. This book is a shining gem in the modern spiritual landscape. One that invites you, challenges you, and requires you to fully participate in your awakening to truth and the embodiment of love." Adyashanti -- author of True Meditation
The centerpiece of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model is the Self. Self is not a part, not a state, and not your ego. Instead, Self is knowable as your ground of Being, unity consciousness, unchanging essence, and open-hearted awareness. Accessing Self, and welcoming all parts, is the ultimate medicine. Through his writing and teaching Loch Kelly has become an internationally known leader in helping people quickly access Self throughout their daily lives. Richard Schwartz is expert at helping people bring the healing qualities of Self to their troubling inner voices, compulsive distractions, and feelings of vulnerability, inadequacy, and overwhelm. These parts of the psyche unburden when approached from the Self, with its natural respect, patience, and compassion. These two leaders will not only teach and demonstrate their respective approaches to accessing Self but also will explore the connections between approaches and how to integrate them. Participants will have the opportunity to leave with new tools for understanding and accessing their own Self-leadership and with the sense of having been part of a historic meeting.
Loch Kelly, author of the award-winning book, Shift into Freedom: The Science and Practice of Open-Hearted Awareness. He is a licensed psychotherapist and a leader in the field of meditation. He is the founder of the non-profit Open-Hearted Awareness Institute.
