Awakening is not something only a few spiritually elite humans can realize. The awakening you seek is already within and is part of everyone’s natural potential. Rather than concentrating to calm and focus your mind, we will learn to intentionally shift into open-hearted awareness, which is already calm, stable, and able to effortlessly focus. Through the practice of small glimpses many times, we discover a deep sense of well-being, creativity and unconditional love and can learn to live from effortless heart mindfulness.
Loch will draw from ancient wisdom traditions, as well as current neuroscientific research to point us beyond our ego-centered identity in order to live from an open-hearted awareness.
We will learn how to shift out of our chattering mind through contemporary versions of ancient wisdom practices such as effortless mindfulness, nondual awareness, embodied presence and open-hearted awareness. We can discover that ignorance and confusion will begin to liberate and all experiences and emotions are welcomed.
