"This is one of best contemporary books on integration of meditation and nonduality. Personally, I'm thankful to Loch for offering this gift to humanity at this crucial time.” ~ Anam Thubten, author of No Self, No Problem
Awakening is not something only a few spiritually evolved humans can achieve: it is part of everyone's natural potential. Rather than meditating to calm and focus your mind, we will learn to intentionally shift into effortless mindfulness, which is already calm, focused, and interconnected. It is possible to discover a deep sense of well-being, creativity and unconditional love that is our true nature.
Loch will teach contemporary versions of ancient wisdom practices from Sutra Mahamudra and other nondual traditions. He will bring in current psychological and neuroscientific research to point us to our true nature in order to unburden suffering parts and live from effortless mindfulness which is embodied and open-hearted. This seminar is intended for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.
"Shift into Freedom is a gift to us all. I wholeheartedly recommend this inspiring and profound book. This is one of the finest contemporary meditation manuals that takes mindfulness to the next level. In Loch Kelly you've found a wonderful guide for the journey of awakening, which our endangered world is so hungry for."
--Lama Surya Das
It is recommended to read Loch’s book or listen to the audio of meditations in advance, Shift Into Freedom.
This workshop is pre-approved for 5 hours CE credits for Psychologists, LMHC and Social Workers by Commonwealth Education Seminars.
