“Effortless mindfulness” is an advanced yet simple form of mindfulness available to us in the midst of our busy lives. In this experiential evening Loch will offer us immediate ways to “unhook” awareness from chattering thoughts and shift into our awake peaceful mind and naturally embodied wakefullness. From this heartful space, students report that wisdom is freely available and compassionate activity naturally arises.
