“In my many years of knowing and working with Loch Kelly I feel that he is one of the clearest expressions of authentic awakened freedom and love that I know.” – Adyashanti, author of True Meditation

Join us for an evening of exploring how to shift into freedom that is already here as our true nature. We will explore simple unique awareness exercises from Loch’s book, The Way of Effortless Mindfulness, that help us tune into our deepest wisdom and awaken to a more spacious, open-hearted, embodied life.

Lock Kelly is an award-winning author and his new book is called The Way of Effortless Mindfulness. He is an educator, contemplative psychotherapist and recognized leader in the field of consciousness and awakening. Loch is the founder of the non-profit Open-Hearted Awareness Institute. He is a graduate of Columbia University and Union Theological Seminary, where he received a fellowship to study Insight Meditation, Advaita, and Tibetan Buddhism in Sri Lanka, India, and Nepal. Loch trained with Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche in Nepal, served on the Teacher’s Council at New York Insight and is affiliated with Adyashanti. Loch has worked in community mental health, established homeless shelters and counseled family members after 9/11 in New York City. He collaborates with neuroscientists at Yale, UPenn and NYU to study how awareness training enhances compassion and wellbeing.

Loch Kelly’s new book The Way of Effortless Mindfulness: A Revolutionary Guide for Living an Awakened Life (to be released June 2019) can be found HERE.
