FAQ

Do I need to have any previous experience in Effortless Mindfulness or IFS?

  • Previous experience is not required for this . Loch will cover key concepts for both streams of practice.

 

Are there CE Credits offered for this Training?

  • This IFS Training Online is not offering CE credits at this time.

 

How does this program work?

  • The program sessions will include a mix of talks, Q&A, applied IFS-style inquiry and exercises, guided meditations, and short breakout sessions.

 

I’m very private. Do I have to turn my video on during the Zoom session?

  • Not at all. If you feel more comfortable keeping your camera off during the live sessions, that’s completely fine. For some people, keeping that privacy boundary increases their sense of comfort, trust, and relaxation.

 

Do I have to attend every session?

  • Attendance is not required. If the timing is difficult for you, you’ll have access to recordings from each session and you can take the workshop asynchronously at your convenience.

 

How long do I have access to the Course?

  • You will receive lifetime access to the course recordings and materials.

 

What equipment is required?

  • This workshop is fully online. You will need access to the internet and a computer or smart device to participate.

 

What’s your refund and/or transfer policy?

  • No refunds will be issued after your program has begun. Registration and tuition numbers dictate how we prepare for and staff our programs.
  • In cases of unforeseen extenuating circumstances, such as a death in the family or severe medical issues, exceptions may be made; however, the refund will be prorated according to attendance.
  • Cancellations for any program must be made at least one week prior to the beginning of the first class. A $50 service charge (and all program supply fees) will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Participants will receive a full refund or credit if Effortless Mindfulness Institute cancels a program.
  • Program tuition is non-transferable
