Welcome to the Effortless Mindfulness podcast with Loch Kelly, where we explore awakening as the next natural stage of human development. Join Loch, creator of the Mindful Glimpses App, author, psychotherapist, and meditation teacher with over 35 years of teaching experience, as he guides you through the depths of awakening rooted in modern neuroscience and psychology.
Loch was fortunate to train with some of the greatest meditation teachers of our generation and practiced in different schools of meditation and psychology. In the process, he gathered and synthesized the most effective methods from the world traditions into an original path of awakening called Effortless Mindfulness.
Loch offers a unique experiential teaching style to assist in the recognition, realization, and full embodiment of our true nature. His all-inclusive teaching style of dialogue and inquiry starts with the view that the awakeness, wisdom, and love that we are seeking are already inherent within each of us, equally. His method of small meditative glimpses of awakening gives us access to “the solution”, our true nature. From here, we open to a more spacious and compassionate knowing that relieves suffering at its root.
