The EM Level Three Advanced Practitioner & Facilitator Certification program is an immersion training for graduates of EM Levels One and Two. The theme is Share it to Embody it.
This training will help you go deeper in your own practice by putting Effortless Mindfulness into words and integrating into all areas of your life including career, relationships, and the engaged flow of daily life. It will equip you with the tools you need to share Effortless Mindfulness with others.
Whether you want to deepen your daily embodiment or you’re a coach, mentor, therapist, meditation teacher, or helping professional looking to weave this model into your existing practice, this program will take you there.
The EM Level Three training will help you develop the confidence, knowledge, and vocabulary, and it will give you supportive materials to guide others to experience the transformative benefits of Effortless Mindfulness.
My goal with Effortless Mindfulness has always been to make “open source” and democratic that which, in many traditions, is considered advanced and reserved for the inner circle. I’m talking about Awake Consciousness, which is learnable, teachable, and available because it is inherent within all of us.
In Northern India, in 1100 CE, people lived in villages and shared with each other an approach to directly recognizing their true nature and basic goodness. They called it Mahamudra, the great seal. It was democratic because it didn’t rely on a guru or religion to realize it. This awake nature was pointed out one to another and shared among the people in daily life. It spread like a flame.
And today we are fortunate to have these teachings available to us, integrated with modern neuroscience and psychology.
My own experience with these methods is one of gratitude and a heart’s desire for others to experience the benefits. The way we share this in EM is not to preach but to live it and offer simple but elegant pointers so people can find it within themselves. Generosity and service are the natural expressions of awake loving flow—a dedication to the relief of suffering and the awakening of all beings.
I believe that Effortless Mindfulness points us to the natural next stage of human development, especially in these distressing times. Of course, all of us still need to do psychological work and cultivate ethics to bring together the ultimate and relative levels of our consciousness. There are different learning styles and obstacles to address. And we live in a culture that is not yet grounded in this inherently awake awareness. Naturally, that culture exerts tremendous influence on our sense of self, others, and the world.
These things don’t just disappear when we first connect with Awake Awareness. It takes practice to shift our operating system. And so we discover what it means to learn to return and act from Self Leadership. We’ll address all of this in EM Level Three.
Today, I feel confident in the development of the Effortless Mindfulness system. I see how many of you are recognizing and realizing it with transformative impact. My own life has changed. And therefore my heart’s desire is to share this widely with others.
The EM Level Three Facilitator Certification is about living an awakened life. Inner insights are helpful as part of the program, but they’re not the main event. As you continue to advance through the EM awakening process, it’s all about manifesting awake loving flow off the cushion rather than on the cushion.
My hope is that Effortless Mindfulness can help us build a culture that’s infused with these qualities of compassion, awakening, and heart-centeredness. And I’m so happy that you’ve chosen to join me on this journey!
With a grateful heart,
Loch Kell
